American techniques used to combat drug addiction in Iran

“Millions of Iranians are addicted to the narcotics that flow cheaply and easily from nearby Afghanistan. In an attempt to control the problem, the Iranian government is looking to a method used in America. Elizabeth Palmer reports from Tehran.” (See post for link to video).

The remarks on YouTube are interesting as of this posting date. There are many Iranians that deny there is drug addiction in Iran.  Not lost on NA members who know is that the Iranian Region is one of the largest regions within the NA service structure.

Update for the Discussion Group

We’ve updated our discussion group forum and are no longer on Yahoo! Groups.

Their services changed and we found the changes to be unacceptable so we moved the discussion group to Google Groups.

If you wish to join this discussion group, please send an email to Erik R  at email address (replace the (at) with @ sign and the (dot) with a ‘.’).

Log In Not Required

There’s been some confusion about the “log in” widget on the right side of each page of the website, visitors think they have to log in to view the site.

Although we entertained the thought of being “blog like” and allow discussions and comments, we decided to instead continue to use the na_pr_org discussion group for that function.

You’re not missing anything we offer on this website by not logging in!  Maybe one day we will utilize this posting function of WordPress.

Until then … May the blessings be.
